Application

Once enrolment is processed, the Advisor will contact you in order to arrange an interview. 

Annual fees are based on each student's grade level and include curriculum as prescribed by an academic advisor for the current school year (PACEs, Score Keys, literature, and required resources).

The fees for Grace Prep are calculated per annum. Parents have the option of paying per term over 4 terms or paying the annual fee off monthly over 12 months. Accounts are issued monthly. Grace Prep does not offer discounts based on which fee payment option is selected.

TAKE NOTE: 


· Grade 2 through 8 are basic fees with addition to any extra PACEs required for pupils completing more than the required 12 PACEs per subject (7) per annum and/or additional subjects.

· Grades 9 through 12 have additional fees subsequent to the chosen electives. 

On Enrollment

The following forms must be available on enrolment:

 

  • Application form from the school
  • Official birth certificate
  • Immunisation card
  • If you are moving your child from one school to another, submit latest school report, and a transfer card.
